What we collect
- Reminder sign-ups: your email, your city, your kids' grade ranges, the topics you picked, and your answer to "What's hardest for your family right now?"
- Plan reservations: your email, number of kids, and any note you write.
- Program listings: the program's name, the contact's name and email, city, and your message.
- If you arrived from an ad or a link with a campaign tag, we save that tag so we know which posts are useful.
We never ask for children's names, schools or photos.
How we use it
To email you before registration dates that fit your kids, to reply to you, and to understand which programs and dates families care about. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with programs unless you ask us to introduce you.
Where it's stored
On Cloudflare's servers in the United States. If we use an email service to send reminders, your email and preferences are stored there too, only for sending.
Your choices
Every reminder has an unsubscribe link. To see or delete everything we have about you, email simon@firstspotkids.com and we'll do it within 7 days.
